Booking page reminders

Since switching to Morgen, I have been getting a lot of no-shows on my bookings. Can we have automated reminders sent to the attendees one hour before the scheduled time? Calendly provides this service and it increases attendance.

No this is a calendar reminder which, by the way, does not come across in an iCal format - it needs to be manually added again. This is reliant on the attendee actually downloading the calendar item properly which may or may not happen.

What I'd like is for the attendee to receive an automated email reminder one hour prior to the event which would reduce no shows. Is this an option?

I'll assume, by the lack of response, that the software cannot do this, so I'll have to try a different tool. I'm afraid Morgen just isn't working for me.

Danielle Fairhurst apologies for the delay but investigating this and checking with the development team the 'alert' is an email reminder sent to all those for the alert be both, organiser or invitee.

      Do you not receive these?

    Hello.

In the schedule link advanced settings you can add more alerts.

These could be for both, the organizer or the invitees.

There is a 10 minute alert by default.
